We may amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting the amended terms on our Site. The amended terms shall automatically be effective 30 days after they are initially posted on our Site. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code section 1542, which states: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor."

j. interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;

l. "stalk" or otherwise harass another; or
m. collect or store personal data about other users.

You acknowledge that FirstHomeGuide.com does not pre-screen Content, but that FirstHomeGuide.com and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or move any Content that is available via the Service. Use For Illegal Activities Prohibited

Proprietary Rights
You acknowledge and agree that the Service and any necessary software used in connection with the Service ("Software") contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You further acknowledge and agree that Content contained in sponsor advertisements or information presented to you through the Service or advertisers is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. General
Except as explicitly stated otherwise, any notices shall be given by email to info@FirstHomeGuide.com (in the case of FirstHomeGuide.com) or to the email address you provide to FirstHomeGuide.com during the registration process (in your case), or such other address as the party shall specify. Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after email is sent, unless the sending party is notified that the email address is invalid.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota without regard to any choice of law principles that could result in the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. All disputes, differences, controversies or claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including, but not limited to, any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be finally and solely determined and settled by arbitration in Minneapolis, Minnesota in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this Section. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator. The language of all arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitral award shall state the reasons upon which the award is based. Judgment upon any arbitral award may be entered and enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our Services, and operation of our Service may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. You and FirstHomeGuide.com are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.
You hereby acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You further agree that this is the complete and exclusive agreement between us, and this Agreement supercedes any proposal or prior agreement whether oral or written, and any other communication between us relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
